ABOUT BIG RUBY’S GUESTHOUSE

Big Ruby’s consist of an historic conch estate and cottages that have been meticulously converted to modern comfortable Bed and Breakfasts. Big Ruby’s consists of 6 separate buildings all enclosed in one very large compound. The numerous guest rooms have various shape and styles. We have rooms that may accommodate from 1 to 6 persons all at different sizes and rates. This is why our table below gives you a general range of rates for each season. RATES DETAILS AND POLICIES

All rates are single or double occupancy. Add $25 for each additional person. Room charges subject to a 7.5% sales tax and 5% hotel tax (total 12.5%) Deposit required to confirm reservation is 35% of the total, 1/2 for major holidays. Balance must be paid on arrival. We accept cash, traveler’s checks, VISA, Master Card and Discover. No personal checks accepted during stay. The deposit (less a $30 cancellation fee) will be refunded if cancellation notice is received outside 30 days of arrival. Inside 30 days of arrival, the deposite becomes non refundable or on some occasion may be used toward a future stay.
